Wiljadi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Protemus Capital. Based in Jakarta Indonesia, he leads the firm by delivering new perspectives on business values and transactions.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the Corporate Finance and Transaction Support which focuses on Restructuring, Preparation and Exit Strategy.

Prior to establishing Protemus Capital, he started his career at Grant Thornton and became one of the South East Asia Regional Leaders of Recovery and Reorganisation. He subsequently joined RSM, and while working there, became one of the Asia Pacific Regional Corporate Finance Strategy Team.

Willy is often entrusted to lead a number of transactions in Southeast Asia and Cross Border Deals with values ​​ranging from US$30 million to more than US$100 million in various sectors such as oil and gas, banking, IT, manufacturing and e-commerce.

Willy and his firm provide WCT Advisory with advice and assistance with their Corporate Finance services and provides access to businesses and advisors throughout South East Asia for WCT Advisory’s clients.
