David has founded several restructuring businesses after identifying the limited professional resources and information being available to company owners/directors when confronted with the possibility of corporate insolvency. Since this time David has overseen and implemented the effective strategy to assist clients covering an extensive spectrum of industries.

David is a Chartered Accountant and former Liquidator, with over 45 years of experience in the turnaround and corporate recovery industry. David has been an industry leader in the implementation of corporate law reform in the insolvency field.

His experience includes two decades with corporate accounting firms Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton where he was the first liquidator to return 100 cents in the dollar to creditors under the voluntary administration scheme when he used his turnaround skills on high profile hospitality company "Aromas".

David has also worked overseas in the United Kingdom, the USA and in Indonesia, where he founded a turnaround practice in Jakarta in 1998 during the Asian economic crisis working closely with local and international banks.
